Join the dedicated team at Meadow Falls of Conneaut, a premier care facility in Conneaut, OH, and help make a difference in the lives of our residents. As a CAREGIVER, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
About the Role:
Night shift: 6:30pm - 7 am, 7pm-11pm
As a caregiver, you will be responsible for:

Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing medication assistance and vital sign checks

Encouraging socialization and participation in activities

Maintaining a clean and safe environment

Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
