What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional cleaning services at client locations while maintaining Valtrust's standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service.
Responsibilities include:

Perform routine and detailed cleaning services at residential and/or commercial client locations

Clean and sanitize areas such as floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, offices, common areas and other designated spaces

Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and remove trash as needed

Follow established cleaning procedures, checklists, and company quality standards

Properly use and care for company provided cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
-
Maintain a professional and respectful presence while working in clients' homes and businesses

Protect clients' property and maintain appropriate confidentiality and professionalism while on-site

Communicate professionally with clients and report any questions, concerns, damages, or unusual conditions to management

Complete assigned services within established timeframes while maintaining a high standard of quality

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance while representing Valtrust
-
Follow all company safety, attendance, conduct, and customer service policies
-
Complete other cleaning related duties as assigned

Be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and performing repetitive cleaning tasks

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company

Have a valid driver’s license and a responsible driving record

Be comfortable driving a company vehicle when required

Bilingual preferred, but not required
Previous professional cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
