If you think you'd be a great addition to our team, please apply!BenefitsCompetitive performance bonuses401k with match offered after qualification periodEmployee discounts at Hilton Hotels worldwidePaid LeaveFree parkingJob Description:Responsible for preparing and serving daily evening reception, greeting each guest, and ensuring the guests are comfortable and overall satisfied.Setting up and maintaining the evening reception as required by brand standardsMaintain safe food handling and service practices at all timesTaking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each daySetting up serving dishes/trays, utensils, cups, and other paper productsReplenish food and service supplies and utensils in the reception areaPreparing and setting up food items such as chips and salsa, beverages, etc...Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacatedFollow menu requirements as provided by the brandWiping up spillsRestocking items consistently throughout the evening reception hours and for the next dayWashing serving equipment and returning to storageReturning reusable food supplies to storageKeeping the area clean by removing trash, cleaning counters, cabinets, and floorsListening and responding to guests' requests and complaintsPerform any other job-related duties as assigned.
