Rehab of Kansas City South is hiring a Full-Time LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for our Day Shift. Join a supportive nursing team dedicated to providing high-quality care to our residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include:

Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor residents and recognize and report changes in condition
Complete accurate nursing documentation
Communicate resident needs and changes with the nursing team
Follow all state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Assist with care planning and discharge planning
Provide compassionate care while promoting resident safety and dignity

LPN Requirements

Current, valid LPN license in the state of Missouri
Current CPR/BLS certification
Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Reliable and dependable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing excellent resident care
