Pay: $23-$24/hr | Schedule: Monday through Friday

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Houston, TX 77080. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.
Requirements:
- Maintenance certification required
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry knowledge
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
- EPA certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Complete maintenance work orders
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Maintain grounds and community appearance
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed
