Seeking a personable and energetic Wine Services Manager to drive wine sales to members, non-members, and wholesale clients. This flexible hybrid role allows you to work from home or between our locations in Houston.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing: Drive wine sales via emails, personal touches, and sales calls.
- Events & Clients: Produce memorable events for guests and build relationships with the current client base.
- Operations: Develop new business opportunities, assist team members, and help around facilities as needed.
- Schedule: Flexible remote/hybrid schedule with normal business hours expected at both locations, plus evening/weekend events.
Compensation
- Pay: $45,000 annual base salary plus Commission
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, wine services, or client relationship management.
- Restaurant experience is a strong plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with current clients and wholesale accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to create, produce, and manage memorable client events.
