Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and assist them with their service needs
- Schedule appointments with customers
- Address customer questions and needs promptly and professionally
- Provide estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely delivery of necessary parts

-Advise customers on necessary/suggested service and cost
- Prioritize required services, monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and keep the customer frequently updated

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer or in a similar role within a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology and processes
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for entering and retrieving information from the system
