Responsibilities

Assist with planning, organizing, and leading recreational and leisure activities for our patients, focusing on their interests, abilities, and psychosocial needs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized activity plans that promote patient engagement, socialization, and overall well-being

Provide direct care to patients, including escorting, lifting, transferring, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Maintain accurate records of patient participation, progress, and feedback

Establish and maintain a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for patients and staff

Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends
