Commercial Cleaning Technician – Center, TX | 32 - 40 Hours/Week | Monday–Friday
DNC Facility Services has been creating clean, healthy environments since 1982. We’re a growing, family-owned company serving schools, colleges, and city buildings across the Ark-La-Tex, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Center.
The Role
You’ll take care of a regular route of college and city buildings in the Center area. Most shifts are afternoons and evenings, Monday through Friday, for a steady 30–40 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
- Clean offices, restrooms, classrooms, common areas, and public spaces to the DNC Standard
- Dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces, empty trash, and clean floors
- Keep supplies stocked and closets organized
- Communicate with your Team Lead and Account Manager about supplies, building issues, or concerns
- Work independently once you’ve been trained, and take pride in leaving every building ready for use
Paid Training Is Required
Every new DNC technician completes 3–5 days of paid, hands-on training before working independently. You’ll learn our cleaning standard, our safety and chemical procedures, and the buildings you’ll be responsible for. Training is a requirement for this position, not optional. We invest in you so you can work confidently on your own.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation, plus on-time attendance and dependability
- Ability to work afternoon/evening shifts Monday–Friday
- Attention to detail. “Good enough” isn’t our standard.
- Open to coaching and willing to follow a set process
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We’ll teach you.
What We Offer
- Pay: $12.50/hour
Drive Time: Drive time between buildings on the Center route is paid. Travel to Carthage for training is not paid, but training hours are. - Consistent weekly schedule, 35-40 hours
