Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position: Full-Time Unarmed Security Guard
We are seeking a dependable and professional Unarmed Security Guard for a golf cart manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for monitoring the facility, controlling access at the main gate, completing scheduled security checkpoints, and documenting any security concerns or unusual activity.

- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Sunday: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
IMPORTANT: This position requires a mandatory 2-hour unpaid break during each scheduled shift. Candidates must be comfortable with and able to follow this schedule.
Responsibilities
- Remain stationed at the facility's main security gate/booth and monitor access to the property.
- Conduct security checkpoints/patrols every hour throughout the facility.
- Document each completed checkpoint and report any unusual activity, safety concerns, property damage, or other findings.
- Check in visitors, vendors, employees, and authorized personnel entering the facility.
- Check in and document trucks arriving to load and transport golf carts.
- Maintain accurate logs of truck arrivals/departures, visitors, incidents, and security activity.
- Monitor the entrance and ensure only authorized individuals enter the property.
- Immediately report suspicious activity, incidents, or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, drivers, and management.
- Complete incident reports and other required security documentation.
- Follow all facility security procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work the full posted schedule.
- Must be willing and able to take the mandatory 2-hour unpaid break.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to accurately complete written security logs and reports.
- Professional communication and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable working independently and remaining at a security post for extended periods.
- Must be able to walk the facility to complete hourly checkpoints.
