About the Role:

Saving Grace Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate CNAs and PCAs to join our caregiving team in Williamsburg. You will provide one-on-one care for elderly or disabled clients in their homes or local facilities, helping them maintain independence and wellbeing. Our team values compassion, consistency, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

• Support client safety, comfort, and wellbeing

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Communicate effectively with families and the care team

Qualifications:

• Active CNA or PCA certification

• Reliable transportation

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Compassionate and caring attitude

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hiring for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

• Every other weekend required

• Starting pay: $17/hour base — higher depending on experience and complexity

• Weekly pay

• PRN (as-needed) opportunities available
