Role Description
\n
\n
We’re looking for Bakers & Baggers to join our growing kitchen team in St. Louis.
\n
\n
This is a part-time, on-site role with shifts currently available from:
\n
\n
8:00 AM–1:00 PM
\n
4:00 PM–9:00 PM
\n
\n
Depending on the shift and production needs, team members may help prepare, bake, cool, portion, weigh, package, label and organize 3 Bears Granola for delivery to our customers and retail partners.
\n
\n
Day-to-day responsibilities may include measuring and mixing ingredients, following established recipes, monitoring bake times, weighing and bagging finished granola, sealing and labeling packages, maintaining an organized workspace and helping the team hit daily production goals.
\n
\n
You’ll also help keep our kitchen clean, safe and ready for whatever we’re making next.
\n

Qualifications
\n
\n
Professional baking experience is not required. We’ll teach you the granola part.
\n
\n
We’re looking for someone who:
\n
\n
* Is dependable, punctual and ready to work
\n
* Pays attention to details and takes pride in doing things well
\n
* Can follow recipes, measurements and production processes consistently
\n
* Is comfortable standing, moving and performing repetitive tasks throughout a shift
\n
* Can safely lift and move ingredients, trays and finished product
\n
* Works well as part of a fast-moving, collaborative team
\n
* Understands or is willing to learn basic food-safety and sanitation practices
\n
* Brings a positive attitude and likes to have some fun while getting the work done
\n
\n
Experience in a commercial kitchen, bakery or food-production environment is helpful, but not necessary.
\n
\n
