Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy interventions exactly as outlined in each patient's plan of care
- Track and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and updated records
- Empower patients with education and customized home exercise programs
- Keep supervising PTs informed of patients' status and responses to treatment
- Maintain a safe environment by following infection control and compliance standards
- Collaborate with therapists and care teams to help patients reach their goals
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Oregon state PTA license, or the ability to obtain one before starting
- Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to patient needs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills when collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- A warm, patient-first attitude
Education
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical therapy interventions and treatment plan implementation
- Patient education and home exercise program development
- Accurate documentation and compliance with regulations
- Clear communication with patients, families, and team members
- Infection control and safety protocols
- Time management and flexibility in a fast-paced rehab setting
