Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Operations Quality - Principal Quality AI & Enterprise Data Strategist to join our client’s site in Indianapolis, IN. This role will support the development of enterprise AI strategies, scalable data architectures, and automated quality solutions while driving predictive analytics, enterprise data governance, and AI innovation within a global quality organization.

The position serves as a strategic bridge between data science and quality governance by designing production-ready AI solutions, architecting GxP-compliant data products, and enabling enterprise-wide quality insights through advanced analytics, machine learning, and automation.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
\n
Enterprise AI Architecture, Scaling & Strategy
\n
- \n
- Design, scale, and deploy machine learning and NLP pipelines using approved enterprise platforms, primarily Dataiku and Azure ML Studio.
- Evaluate and deploy advanced AI solutions using the Claude Agent SDK or comparable approved SDKs for complex cross-system automation.
- Architect and mature the global AI Use-Case Backlog.
- Guide deployment of NLP and Large Language Models (LLMs) for automated sorting, risk grading, and categorization of quality data.
- Oversee conceptual data modeling and integration pipelines supporting enterprise analytics repositories such as Snowflake and AWS.
- Partner with development teams to translate complex datasets into enterprise business intelligence views.

Strategic Product Ownership & Automated Governance
\n

- Serve as Product Owner and provide architectural oversight for quality insight platforms, dashboards, and automation frameworks.
- Establish repository management, version control, and collaborative code review practices using Git.
- Drive standardized automation workflows using Jira and Confluence to improve operational efficiency.

GxP Compliance, CSV Integration & Matrix Leadership
\n

- Ensure AI models, automated scripts, and data pipelines comply with Computerized System Validation (CSV), GxP, US FDA (21 CFR Part 820), and ISO 13485 standards.
- Guide technical validation documentation supporting data integrity.
- Partner with Quality Site Heads, Business Leaders, and global cross-functional teams to resolve enterprise reporting challenges.
- Establish and mentor an Operations Quality Community of Practice focused on AI and data insights.
- Coach team members on AI, data strategy, and best practices.

Technical Performance Indicators (KPIs)
\n

- Deploy and maintain a scalable enterprise AI platform supporting multiple global use cases.
- Maintain over 95% alignment between automated AI insights and manual audit findings while meeting validation requirements.
- Reduce the time required to generate monthly and quarterly quality reports through automation.
- Drive high user adoption and measurable efficiency improvements across enterprise data products.

Main Qualifications:
\n

- Education: Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in: Data Science, Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 5–7+ years of experience developing and deploying: Machine learning algorithms, Complex data models, Automated software tools supporting enterprise decision-making.
- Enterprise AI & Machine Learning: Dataiku, Azure ML Studio, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering.
- Programming & Data Modeling: Python, SQL.
- Developer & Collaboration Tools: Git, Jira, Confluence, Script Automation Environments.
- Agentic AI Frameworks: Claude Agent SDK or comparable enterprise-approved development kits.
- Cloud Data & Analytics Platforms: Snowflake, AWS, ThoughtSpot, Tableau.
- International business travel required based on project and strategic needs.
