Position Overview
A live‐in caregiver couple (2) provides daily resident care, supervision, and household support in a licensed Residential Care Facility in Manteca, CA for the Elderly (RCFE) facility with 6 beds. Key Responsibilities
• Resident Care — Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene.
• Medication Support — Provide medication reminders and assist per RCFE regulations.
• Meal Preparation — Prepare and serve meals following dietary needs and facility menus.
• Household Duties — Light housekeeping, laundry, cleaning common areas, and maintaining resident rooms.
• Resident Supervision — Monitor resident safety, respond to needs promptly, and report changes in condition.
• Documentation — Maintain daily care notes, incident logs, and communication records.
• Emergency Response — Follow facility protocols for medical or safety emergencies.
• Facility Support — Assist with admissions, resident activities, and general home operations.

Requirements
