Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Secretary role based in Sioux Falls, SD. The Medical Secretary supports daily clinic operations by welcoming patients, answering phones, and managing appointment scheduling and follow-up visits. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate patient records, preparing and organizing medical charts, and updating information in the practice management system. The role also involves coordinating referrals, processing forms, and assisting with insurance and billing-related documentation. The Medical Secretary collaborates closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow, timely communication, and a professional front-office environment.
