Servco is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This is a full-time, day-shift position for someone who takes pride in producing accurate sheet metal parts and wants to be a dependable, valued member of a growing company.

Equipment
• Accurpress Accell Press Brake
• Vision Control
• 3-axis back gauge
(Hydraulic press brake experience preferred but not required)

What You’ll Do
• Set up and operate a press brake to form and bend sheet metal parts
• Work from shop drawings and blueprints to meet design specifications
• Program bend sequences, angles, and tonnage (training provided)
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Troubleshoot issues and work with team members to resolve them
• Maintain a safe, organized work area

What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience (press brake experience preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Knowledge of sheet metal forming and bending processes
• Basic math skills for bend calculations and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow with additional training

Pay & Benefits
Pay: $23–$25 per hour (based on experience)
