Career Strategies is hiring Experienced Leasing Consultants to support apartment communities across the Denver Metro Area:
You’re not just leasing units—you’re pairing people with their next chapter. Some people show apartments. Others create a feeling people don’t forget. Which one are you?
Pay: $19-23
LEASING – What You’ll Do:
- Guide prospects through tours and help them picture living here
- Answer questions, build trust, and follow up (this is where deals are won)
- Turn interest into signed leases—without being pushy
- Keep listings, availability, and pricing accurate
- Work with the team to keep occupancy strong
Who You Are
- You’ve done apartment leasing before—you know how to take a tour from “just looking” to “let’s apply”
- You’re a strong communicator who can connect quickly and make people feel comfortable
- You follow up, stay organized, and don’t let opportunities slip through the cracks
- If you’re bilingual (English/Spanish), that’s a big plus
- Experience with affordable housing/LIHTC? Even better—you’ll hit the ground running
