he Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, organizing, and preparing products for shipment or distribution. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are completed correctly and on schedule.

The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately picking, packing, organizing, and preparing products for shipment or distribution. This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring customer orders are completed correctly and on schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, hardworking, punctual, detail-oriented, organized, safety-conscious, and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What you'll do:
- Pick products and materials according to customer orders, pick lists, or warehouse instructions.
- Verify product numbers, quantities, sizes, and descriptions for accuracy.
- Pack and label orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including carts, pallet jacks, or other approved equipment.
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Assist with receiving, unloading, and putting away incoming products.
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Meet established productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Communicate inventory or order issues to management promptly.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Education: High School
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: 12 months
Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred but not required., Reliable attendance and strong work ethic., Ability to work independently and as part of a team., Ability to work in a fast-paced environment., Must be safety-conscious and able to follow established procedures.
Physical:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to repeatedly bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the warehouse.
- Ability to lift and carry packages and materials as required by the position.
- Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions, as applicable.
Skills:
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and counting skills.
