In this role, you’ll lead by example, drive membership sales, set clear goals and expectations, and coach and develop your team to reach their full potential. You’ll track sales performance, create strategies to increase results, and ensure the team stays focused and accountable to their goals.
The ideal candidate is a confident leader who is motivated, hardworking, results-driven, and a true team player. If you enjoy developing others, building relationships, and creating a strong sales culture, we want you on our team.
Compensation:
$25 - $30 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Outline our sales strategies and objectives to ensure we make our sales goals
- Lead our sales team by setting a sales plan for each sales representative, identifying individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing training programs to make sure they’re successful
- Create sales reports and present to the team that outline sales efforts including progress and sales volume to better determine future goals
- Continue company growth by identifying new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs
- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
- Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
- Demonstrates a proven track record of success in sales
