In this role, you are the backbone of our operations, ensuring every job site is safe, every client is happy, and every branch is handled with a focus on long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Support: Assist climbers and aerial lift operators by managing ropes, lowering limbs, and clearing debris.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate wood chippers, chainsaws, blowers, tractors, skid steers, and stump grinders.
• Safety Coordination: Maintain a "Safety First" perimeter (cone placement, pedestrian control) and participate in daily tailgate safety briefings.
• Sustainability Practices: Assist in processing organic waste for mulching and ensuring minimal impact on the surrounding landscape and soil.
• Client Interaction: Represent the company with professional, friendly communication on-site.

What You Bring to the Canopy

• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping or tree care is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stay active for long shifts.
• Mindset: A "safety-conscious" brain. You notice the small details before they become big problems.
• License: A valid Driver’s License (CDL is a major bonus).
