Plaintiff Employment Attorney

Key Responsibilities:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>Handle plaintiff-side employment law matters from case intake through resolution.</li>
\n
<li>Manage single-plaintiff cases involving employment disputes.</li>
\n
<li>Handle matters involving FEHA, discrimination, harassment, and related employment claims.</li>
\n
<li>Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents.</li>
\n</ul>
\n
 
\n
Qualifications:
\n
<ul>\n
<li>1 - 3+ years of employment law experience.</li>
\n
<li>Strong plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.</li>
\n
<li>Experience handling single-plaintiff matters.</li>
\n
<li>Experience with FEHA, discrimination, and harassment cases.</li>
\n</ul>
\n

Salary and Other Compensation:
\n
The annual salary for this position is between $135,000-$180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, years of practice, and other qualifications.
