We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer - Contractor
\n

- Execute development tasks and technical implementation under the direction of a technical lead.
- Translate business and technical specifications and assigned user stories into high-quality, working products on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design, code, and test custom applications and modules involving JavaScript, business rules, flow designer, workflows, playbooks, script includes, UI pages, UI actions, client scripts, and more.
- Participate actively in an agile development team, engaging in daily stand-ups and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
- Build and maintain robust integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
- Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to independently troubleshoot complex workflows, script errors, and performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) credential.
- Strong programming experience with a focus on JavaScript, including knowledge of the ServiceNow API classes and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Proven experience developing in some of the following ServiceNow modules: CSM, PSDS, ITSM, SPM, and ITOM.
- Experience building custom applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a development team and report to a technical lead.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, utilizing stories, sprints, update sets, app repo, and version control.
- Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges before escalating.

Bonus Qualifications (Preferred)

- Web Development experience using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Expertise with the Service Portal and creating custom widgets and pages using AngularJS and CSS.
- ServiceNow Micro-Certification - Service Portal.
- UI Builder experience.
