Job Summary:&nbsp;We are looking for a residential/commercial Painter and Handyman to join our team! You will be preparing and performing professional interior painting jobs in a residential and light commercial setting.&nbsp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Paint using a proper applicator (brush, roller, etc.) while utilizing proper painting techniques</li>
<li>Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, scraping, sanding, or by other means necessary</li>
<li>Use caulk, putty, cement, or plaster to repair holes and cracks</li>
<li>Inspect paint jobs for quality</li>
<li>Perform daily maintenance routines on painting equipment</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in residential or commercial painting and/or remodeling/home repair&nbsp;</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry 20 lbs of equipment</li>
