Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager with multifamily apartment experience for an opportunity in Zachary, Louisiana.

We are looking for someone who understands the demands of apartment operations, delivers exceptional resident service, and contributes to occupancy, collections, and overall property performance. Candidates with ResMan software experience are highly preferred!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily apartment community operations and administrative functions.
• Support leasing, renewals, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
• Monitor rent collections, delinquency accounts, and resident balances.
• Maintain accurate resident files, lease documents, and property records.
• Address resident concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to support timely work orders and resident satisfaction.
• Assist with reporting, compliance requirements, and property performance goals.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming apartment community.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous multifamily apartment industry experience.
• Prior Assistant Property Manager or Property Manager experience strongly preferred.
• ResMan property management software experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and apartment operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability.
