Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to provide repair, maintenance, and preventative maintenance services for a portfolio of approximately 300-400 modular homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, including HVAC systems, basic electrical work, painting, plumbing repairs, and general handyman services. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction and property upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Replace and install light bulbs, fixtures, switches, outlets, and other basic electrical components.
- Diagnose and repair minor electrical issues while adhering to applicable safety standards.
- Perform interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, drywall patching, and surface repairs.
- Complete minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and leak repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency service calls.
- Conduct routine inspections of homes and common areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce equipment failures and extend asset life.
Essential Skills
- 3 to 5 years of maintenance, facilities, residential, or property maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical repairs, painting, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
