We are seeking a friendly, dependable Insurance Customer Service Representative to assist our customers and support the daily operations of our insurance agency.
Job Responsibilities: ( Training will be provided )
<ul>
<li>Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers</li>
<li>Respond to customer questions regarding insurance policies and billing</li>
<li>Process policy changes, payments, and customer requests</li>
<li>Assist customers with home and auto insurance needs</li>
<li>Communicate with insurance carriers as needed</li>
<li>Maintain accurate customer records and documentation</li>
<li>Provide friendly, professional customer service</li>
<li>Assist other team members with general office and administrative duties</li>
</ul>
 
Licensing Requirement: The employee must obtain a Nebraska Property &amp; Casualty Insurance License within the first 3 months of employment. Training and guidance will be provided.
