EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!
We’re looking for a talented, dependable, and customer-focused dog groomer to join our team!
This position is ideal for a skilled groomer, who prefers a slower paced, calmer salon.
We offer commission based pay on all spa services + weekly tips. Paid every week, direct deposit available!
You will be responsible for your assigned dogs and providing a high-quality experience for every pet parent.
- Bathe, dry, brush, prep, and groom your assigned dogs (options to have a bather assistant is provided - discussed upon interview)
- Complete grooms safely, professionally, and according to client requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area
- Clean and disinfect equipment and work areas throughout the day
- Assist with checking in your own grooming customers when possible
- Communicate professionally with pet parents regarding their dog's grooming needs
- Help ensure dogs are handled safely and compassionately at all times
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
- Assist the team when needed during slower periods
- Take responsibility for the overall experience of your grooming clients
