Production Worker – Manufacturing & Warehouse

Location: San Antonio, TX 78225
Pay: $12.50/hour + $300 biweekly attendance bonus
Shift: Starts at 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM
Hours: 10–12 hour shifts
Overtime: Frequent and mandatory, including Saturdays

ProTech Staffing is hiring dependable Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in San Antonio!

No manufacturing experience? No problem! If you're reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work, we encourage you to apply.

Pay & Benefits

$12.50 per hour starting pay.
$300 biweekly attendance bonus when eligibility requirements are met.
Potential to earn $1,300 gross every two weeks for 80 regular hours when the full bonus is earned.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance options.

The attendance bonus is not guaranteed and is subject to eligibility requirements. The effective equivalent is $16.25/hour over 80 regular hours when the full bonus is earned. Base pay remains $12.50/hour. Overtime pay is provided according to applicable law.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with manufacturing and assembling products.
Move materials and supply production lines.
Inspect products for quality and report defects.
Move finished products to designated areas.
Keep the work area clean and safe.
Follow safety procedures and work with the production team.

Requirements

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to stand and perform hands-on tasks for extended periods.
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds using safe lifting practices.
Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts.
Must be available for frequent mandatory overtime and Saturdays as required.
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome!
