Location: River Bend Nursing and Rehabilitation – Evansville, IN
Schedule: PRN (As Needed)
River Bend Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Evansville, IN. This position provides flexible, as-needed coverage while delivering high-quality occupational therapy services that help residents maximize independence, improve daily functioning, and achieve their rehabilitation goals under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
What You'll Do:

Provide occupational therapy treatments in accordance with established plans of care, facility policies, and therapy department standards.

Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment programs designed to improve residents' functional abilities and quality of life.

Perform resident screenings, as appropriate, to identify potential therapy needs in accordance with state regulations and facility guidelines.

Deliver therapeutic interventions that promote independence with activities of daily living, mobility, strength, and overall functional performance.

Accurately document resident progress and communicate treatment outcomes with the interdisciplinary care team.

Maintain a safe, positive, and resident-centered therapy environment.
What You'll Bring:

Associate's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
