The ideal candidate will contribute to the efficient assembly of vehicle components while helping maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions, diagrams, and production specifications.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Identify and report defects, material shortages, or equipment issues to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in accordance with company procedures.
- Follow all safety guidelines, manufacturing processes, and quality control requirements.
- Support production goals by working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related production environment is an asset.
- Ability to read and interpret basic instructions, blueprints, or work orders.
- Comfortable using hand tools and following standardized processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as part of the role.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
