Job Description

**Core Duties & Responsibilities:**

• Design, develop, maintain, and modernize enterprise automation frameworks supporting Minnesota's integrated healthcare eligibility system (METS/SMRT).

• Provide technical leadership for automation architecture, framework design, coding standards, and best practices within the DevOps team.

• Integrate automated functional, regression, API, and system integration test suites into CI/CD pipelines.

• Mentor automation engineers, conduct code reviews, write SQL queries for database validation, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

**Minimum Required Skills (with years):**

• Enterprise Automated Testing: 7+ years •

Java & Selenium Automation Frameworks: 5+ years

• Object-Oriented Framework Architecture: 5+ years

• SQL Queries & Database Validation: 5+ years

• CI/CD Pipeline Integration (Jenkins): 3+ years

**Preferred Skills:** •

Experience as an Automation Architect, Lead, or Principal QA Automation Engineer

• Modernizing legacy and mature automation frameworks

• Enterprise test management tools like IBM ETM, IBM QM, or CLM

• REST APIs, web application automation, and performance testing tools • Experience in Healthcare, Human Services, or Government enterprise environments
