We're looking for a dependable Sr Warehouse Associate to help lead daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role combines warehouse responsibilities with team leadership, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and deliveries. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking ownership of operations, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize inventory.
- Drive 20-foot box trucks for deliveries, pickups, and transportation of goods.
- Pick, pack, and process orders while supporting daily shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are stored properly.
- Assist with daily workflow planning, task coordination, and operational oversight.
- Support and mentor warehouse team members as needed.
- Help with opening and closing procedures.
- Follow and promote workplace safety standards.
- Complete basic shipping, inventory, and warehouse documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
- Current forklift certification (or ability to maintain certification).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience operating box trucks and supporting deliveries.
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused.
- Available to work a Monday-Saturday schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.
- Inventory control and warehouse reporting experience.
- Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience.

Work Environment
This role is based in a busy warehouse environment and involves regular forklift operation, lifting, standing, bending, and moving inventory throughout the day. Employees work closely with team members, leadership, and shipping partners while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
