We're looking for a dependable Sr Warehouse Associate to help lead daily warehouse operations. This hands-on role combines warehouse responsibilities with team leadership, supporting shipping, receiving, inventory management, and deliveries. If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and taking ownership of operations, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize inventory.
Drive 20-foot box trucks for deliveries, pickups, and transportation of goods.
Pick, pack, and process orders while supporting daily shipping and receiving activities.
Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are stored properly.
Assist with daily workflow planning, task coordination, and operational oversight.
Support and mentor warehouse team members as needed.
Help with opening and closing procedures.
Follow and promote workplace safety standards.
Complete basic shipping, inventory, and warehouse documentation.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
Current forklift certification (or ability to maintain certification).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Experience operating box trucks and supporting deliveries.
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, accountable, and safety-focused.
Available to work a Monday-Saturday schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers.
Inventory control and warehouse reporting experience.
Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience.

Work Environment

This role is based in a busy warehouse environment and involves regular forklift operation, lifting, standing, bending, and moving inventory throughout the day. Employees work closely with team members, leadership, and shipping partners while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
