 Group Fitness Instructor Job Description &amp; Performance Expectations JOB DESCRIPTION A Group Fitness Instructor is responsible for leading engaging, safe, and effective classes that motivate members while creating a fun and inclusive environment. RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; EXPECTATIONS Class Delivery &amp; Member Experience • Instruct safe and effective exercise classes • Attend Crunch instructor training and deliver classes according to Crunch class format guidelines • Address member requests or forward them to a manager as needed • Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in alignment with the Crunch mission statement Standards &amp; Compliance • Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts &amp; crunch nametag • Maintain all mandatory education and certification requirements • Understand and follow all club and facility policies and procedures • Maintain a professional disposition at all times These duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
