Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer – Noblesville, IN
Location: Noblesville, IN
Compensation: $75,000-$110,000+ Expected Annual Compensation (Base Salary + Performance Bonus)

AutoShop Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, high-performing independent automotive repair shop in the Noblesville area to hire an experienced Automotive Service Advisor.

Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000-$75,000 Base Salary (depending on experience)

What You'll Be Doing
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on technician inspections
- Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly
- Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
- Keep customers updated from vehicle drop-off through delivery
- Help maximize shop efficiency while maintaining an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair recommendations ethically
- Organized and able to manage multiple repair orders at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
