Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to fill a Teaching Hospitalist role in St. Louis, Missouri, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center, the largest community hospital within our network.

Hospitalist Job Highlights
- Teaching Hospitalist role with responsibilities for resident education
- Supervision and mentorship of two residents
- Maximum patient load of 7 patients per resident
- 7 AM to 7 PM work schedule
- Closed 30-bed ICU
- Utilization of Epic EMR

Qualifications
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure
- Preferred prior teaching experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Hospital Medicine preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Our organization provides one of the most competitive compensation packages for physicians in the area:
- $300,000 base salary
- $30,000 sign-on bonus
- $100,000 student loan repayment
- Annual quality bonus
- Tenure bonus starting in year three
