At the Mandie McMillan Team, our behavioral lead platform identifies homeowners actively researching their home value and comparing agents in real time. You receive alerts when sellers are ready - not cold names on a list. You spend your time presenting and negotiating, not prospecting.
What the Team Provides
- Seller leads delivered through our behavioral tracking platform - warm, ready-to-act homeowners
- All RE/MAX desk fees absorbed - zero agent expense overhead
- All listing marketing - photography, digital ads, signs, business cards
- Back-office support - paperwork handled so you stay in front of sellers
- Direct mentorship from Mandie McMillan, Broker/Owner, 26 years in Galveston County and Bay Area
- Weekly coaching plus team accountability calls
- CRM and technology fully provided
What You Pay - Standard Industry Dues Only
- MLS dues -Realtor association dues - Showing service -Annual Brand Fee - Low monthly management fee

- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 3+ years real estate experience with listing history
- Strong at seller consultations, pricing, and negotiation
- Coachable and process-driven
- Full-time commitment
Compensation
Full-Time | Commission | $60,000 - $160,000/year
Flexible schedule | Seller appointment and open house availability required
