Job DescriptionAs a Bread Toast Baking Associate, you will assist with baking, monitoring, and preparing bread products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.Responsibilities:
- Operate bakery equipment used in the baking process
- Monitor product quality throughout production
- Load and unload bakery products safely
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Meet daily production goals while supporting team operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Food Handler Card required
- Heavy lifting required
- Overtime and weekend availability required
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and work in varying temperatures
- Bakery or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.The $300 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time external candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days.
