What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation issues
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep production running efficiently
- Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement projects
- Work with operations teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability
What We're Looking For
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Experience with 480V systems preferred
- Automation and robotics experience is a major plus
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Interest in mentoring others and helping develop future technicians
