B.A.D. Ass Tours isn't your typical sightseeing company. Our tours are rude, crude, and lewd—with big personalities, irreverent humor, outrageous stories, and an attitude that keeps our guests laughing from start to finish.
We're looking for a Tour Guide who can deliver that experience while making every guest feel like they're part of the show.
The Job
As a B.A.D. Ass Tour Guide, you're not just reading facts from a script. You're the entertainment.
You need to be engaging, energetic, quick-witted, and comfortable working a crowd. Talk to your guests, not at them. Read the room, encourage interaction, tell stories, crack jokes, and make people feel involved in the experience.
Our ideal guide can take a group of strangers and have them laughing and talking together within minutes.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun, entertaining, rude, crude, and lewd tours
- Engage directly with guests throughout the entire tour
- Tell outrageous, memorable, and entertaining stories
- Use humor, personality, and improvisation to keep guests interested
- Encourage questions, participation, and interaction
- Read the crowd and adjust your delivery to the group's energy
- Keep the tour moving while maintaining a fun atmosphere
- Provide excellent guest service without losing the B.A.D. Ass attitude
- Handle unexpected situations with confidence and humor
- Create an experience guests will be talking about long after the tour ends
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Loves interacting with people
- Is naturally funny, outgoing, and personable
- Can command a crowd without being boring
- Is comfortable with adult humor and an irreverent atmosphere
- Knows how to be rude, crude, and lewd without being genuinely mean or disrespectful
- Can read a room and know when to push the joke—and when to back off
- Is confident improvising and thinking on their feet
- Can turn facts and local history into entertaining stories
- Understands that guest engagement is a major part of the job
- Is reliable, professional, and able to represent the company well
This Isn't for Everyone
If you're uncomfortable speaking to strangers, prefer reading a script word-for-word, or think a tour guide's job is simply to recite historical facts, this probably isn't the gig for you.
If you can make a busload of strangers laugh, keep the energy high, tell a hell of a story, and make guests feel like they're hanging out with a hilarious local who knows all the dirty secrets—we want to hear from you.
