Looking for a Retail POS Engineer with strong experience in IBM/Toshiba 4690, ACE POS, and deployment/package build activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining ASM installation packages, managing ACE configurations, and supporting remote software deployments across store environments.

\n
Must-Have Skills
\n
• IBM/Toshiba 4690 POS platform experience
\n
• Hands-on ACE POS administration/configuration experience
\n
• Experience building installation packages (ASM), patches, and deployment artifacts
\n
• Knowledge of store controllers and retail deployment processes
\n
• Familiarity with CHEC (Self-Checkout) and Elevate/Kiosk integrations in retail POS environments
\n
• Experience with remote deployments, software releases, and configuration management
\n
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
\n
\n
Preferred Skills
\n
• Scripting/Automation (PowerShell, Shell, Python)
\n
• Release and deployment management experience
\n
• Retail store systems and POS infrastructure support
\n
• Experience supporting large-scale retail chains
