We're looking for a dependable Field Technician II to support industrial and environmental cleaning projects at customer sites. In this hands-on role, you'll operate specialized equipment, maintain a strong commitment to safety, and help deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
- Arrive at the branch or assigned job site on time, prepared to work safely and professionally.
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Set up job sites using water blasting and vacuum equipment for industrial and environmental cleaning projects.
- Operate water blast guns, water lances, wet and dry vacuum hoses, shovels, picks, and other assigned equipment.
- Perform industrial and environmental cleaning services at customer facilities.
- Follow all MPW Health and Safety policies, procedures, and site-specific requirements.
- Inspect, clean, and properly maintain equipment before returning it to the branch.
- Demonstrate initiative by supporting the crew and completing assigned work efficiently.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing equipment for daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while promoting a safe work environment.
- Support emergency response projects, including work outside of normal business hours when required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support operational needs.
What You'll Need
- High school diploma preferred; some high school education considered.
- Valid driver's license with CDL and an acceptable driving record that meets MPW standards.
- Experience working around industrial equipment, maintenance environments, or heavy equipment preferred.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience using tools or operating heavy equipment preferred.
- Experience performing manual labor in outdoor or industrial environments.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform heavy manual labor during extended work shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces as job duties require.
- Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, while working around chemicals, fumes, and other industrial hazards.
- Ability to maintain physical alertness while safely performing demanding work.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, emergency call-outs, extended shifts, and travel to customer locations for multiple days or weeks as business needs require.
