- CIP/COP CQV Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a CIP/COP CQV Lead with a minimum of 13-14+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) systems. They should have strong experience with CIP/COP equipment, cleaning processes, system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification. The individual in this role must be capable of independently leading the CIP/COP node, providing technical direction, and coordinating execution activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 13-14+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Clean-out-of-Place (COP) systems.
- Knowledge of CIP/COP equipment, cleaning processes, system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide technical direction and coordinate activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the CIP/COP node independently.
- Provide technical expertise in the areas of CIP and COP systems.
- Oversee cleaning processes and equipment.
- Coordinate system design, commissioning, qualification, and verification activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in CIP/COP systems.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and GMP guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
