Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Voice & Data Field Service / Installation Technicians. In this position, you will perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of voice and data equipment, including cabling, terminations, and hardware setup. You will diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, test systems for proper operation, and document work performed using company tools and processes. Daily responsibilities include communicating with customers and internal teams, scheduling and updating service calls, and ensuring that all work meets quality, safety, and industry standards. You will also provide clear guidance to customers on system use, support best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of field service procedures.\n

• Experience with voice, data, or networking equipment in field or installation roles is beneficial.

• Ability to work independently, manage remote service assignments, and maintain accurate documentation is beneficial.

• A valid driver’s license, willingness to travel within assigned regions, and ability to lift and carry equipment may be required.

• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., cabling, networking, telecom) or equivalent experience are advantageous.
