Era Living is seeking on-call Dishwashers to become the newest members of our Culinary Services Team located in our Ida Culver House Broadview Community, Seattle, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cook supplies are properly cleaned. This position maintains the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and helps stock supplies.

Operates dish machine following operating instructions, utensil machine washing and cleaning, including carts, trays, and placing clean items in designated storage areas

Maintains the dish machine-washing areas, following sanitation and safety procedures. Properly records daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks following sanitation and safety procedures

Delivers and retrieves Resident meal carts and busses and cleans tables as required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Ability to work weekends.

Food Handler’s Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire

Ability to pass DSHS background check, required
Education and Experience:
-
Previous dishwashing experience and kitchen prep skills, preferred.
