Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Miles of Smiles Dentistry LLC in Flemington, NJ is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front desk experience
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
• Present and explain treatment plans to patients, addressing questions and concerns with clarity
• Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately and efficiently
• Collect co-pays, manage billing, and handle patient account inquiries
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

• Prior dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with dental terminology, CDT codes, and insurance verification processes
• Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with experience in billing, collections, or treatment plan presentation
• Professional, positive, and compassionate demeanor with a patient-first attitude
