This position conveniently operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in daily operations. You will collaboratively engage with a diverse team of healthcare professionals through virtual platforms. While positioned in a detox center, the work necessitates only minimal physical movement, making it predominantly sedentary with opportunities for occasional movement during sessions. All interactions are conducted in a safe, climate-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments, create diagnostic evaluations when necessary, and determine the effectiveness of mental health care interventions by using standardized tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and continuously assess individualized treatment plans that incorporate cultural competence and address specific client needs.
- Utilize technology to maintain accurate and timely treatment records, clinical documentation, and reports following regulatory compliance and departmental guidelines.
- Engage actively with patients, their families, and other healthcare providers to foster comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to desired behavioral and emotional health outcomes.
- Facilitate coordination of referrals and direct clients to appropriate treatment services while cultivating relationships with other clinicians and referral agencies for enhanced care continuity.
