Compensation To $110,000+K DOE

CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH: Our client is a major New Jersey law firm in need of hiring an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with between 5+ years of commercial real estate experience. This extremely well-known Newark, NJ law firm is conveniently located in the Gateway Center in Newark, NJ and is attached to Penn Station in Newark. You never have to walk outside during inclement weather if you take the train! Additionally, the building offers on-site parking should you choose to drive to the office. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days. If you currently are an experience commercial Real Estate Paralegal with experience handling large commercial transactions from contract through post-closing and wish to explore this position further, this is a “hot job opportunity” to make a move. Responding candidates should have experience reviewing commercial title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, write and respond to title objections, prepare, and review real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, closing checklists, and other documents that have critical date timelines. Candidates should also have experience drafting and reviewing transactional real estate and loan documents, including deeds, tax forms, affidavits of title, UCC-1 financing statements. And much more. Law firm Commercial Real Estate Experience, bachelor’s degree, or Paralegal Certificate a Must!
