Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to assist in a Windows 11 Upgrade Project. The role involves upgrading and reimaging workstations, configuring Office 365, and providing exceptional support to end users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upgrade and reimage workstations to Windows 11
- Install and configure Office 365 and related software
- Track and report deployment status
- Troubleshoot upgrade issues effectively
- Provide top-notch customer service to end users
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11 (4+ years)
- Experience in Help Desk/Technical Support (4+ years)
- Knowledge of Endpoint Management Systems (4+ years)
- Familiarity with Workstation Imaging Solutions (4+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (4+ years)
