lead a crew and run a shop

turn wrenches and manage people at the same time

take control

Job Description:

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

•Sand trucks (heavy haul / frac sand fleet)

•Diesel tractors, trailers, and support equipment

•High-hour, hard-running oilfield equipment

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

•Run the shop

day-to-day with full responsibility

•Diagnose and repair

diesel trucks + heavy equipment

•

Lead mechanics and keep hands moving — no downtime

•Prioritize repairs to

keep loads hauling and revenue moving

•Handle breakdowns, problem units, and high-pressure situations

•Set the standard for

quality, speed, and accountability
